Twice baked croissants are our most decadent croissants. Based on a butter croissant that has been cut in half, toasted and brushed with a light vanilla syrup, it is then filled with almond frangipane, topped with almond frangipane and sliced almonds and re-baked. The result is a crisper on the outside, tender on the inside, nutty all around, almond croissant.
