Our Bittersweet Chocolate Cookie is a thorough rework of our former Chocolate Chunk Cookie. The cookie dough has been reformulated to have a blend of wheat and whole wheat flour, a softer, yet denser texture, plenty of chocolate and a background note of salted caramel. We feature a blend of Guittard’s 72% couverture and 63% bittersweet chips for an indulgent chocolate experience.
